Hand wash or wash in tub with cold water and non-bleach gel detergent. For stains scrub with gel detergent without using bleach or stain remover. Do not tumble dry. You can also send it to a professional carpet cleaner.

We do offer gift cards upon request. You can order your gift card or contact us and arrange that with our customer service team.

Yes, we can customize the size or color of any of our designs. For custom size requests, find the ‘request custom size’ button on the product page above ‘size’. Please contact our customer service team for any color customization requests.

You can return or exchange your order in 14 days from the date of receipt and be fully refunded (excluding shipping cost) as long as items are in good condition.
